We may amend the terms and conditions below from time to time.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us before you receive an email from us confirming your purchase has been dispatched and we will give you a refund back to the card you used to make the payment.

Returns

We accept returns 14 days from the date of purchase with original receipts and packaging. All items must be returned unused and undamaged. You are welcome to exchange the item or we can issue a credit note valid for 6 months. We are unable to refund return post charges for exchanging a product. 

Please note that some items are handmade and If your product is faulty we are happy to replace it or provide a full refund 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt. Please contact us on hello@lulupej.nz and we can make pick-up arrangements based on your location or refund the return post charges. We will list the options for you when you contact us.  

International Orders

Please note that customs, duties and taxes may apply as part of your government policy in the country you are from. As the consumer, you are responsible for covering these costs. If in doubt please contact your local customs office.
